Silverlit Black Hawk Deluxe RC helicopter review

Silverlit www.silverlit.com and Flying Toys Ltd www.flyingtoys.com recently released the Black Hawk Deluxe Rc helicopter, a 3 channel aircraft capable of flying forward reverse up down and spinning left and right, Its canopy is that of the well know Black Hawk and it is very well sculpted with great attention to detail from the doors to the landing gear to the insignias it looks the part. And the plastic canopy is very well molded and assembled and has a very sturdy feel in your hands. When it comes to flight this is a much more difficult to fly helicopter then most 3 channel aircraft, it is more like flying a larger single rotor helicopter, there is a lot of fighting the wind that the tail rotor generates and trying not to let it get out of control. If your in a small location be slow and cautious and don't go full speed, the top speed isn't to fast, but with the added thrust from the tail rotor you can sometimes get going faster then you expect, just like in larger helicopters, so it will take some practice, fortunately it is radio controlled so you can take it outside on calm days and fly it far away from yourself and other obstacles that might jump in front of it. It charges in about 30 to 40 minutes and flies for about 6 or 7 minutes. It can be charged with either the supplied transmitter or the supplied usb cable (I suggest using the usb cable, it's quicker and saves batteries) it's nice to have both options when you out in the field.
