Betty is hot grilled tuna steak

This video shows Betty (and her husband Rick help), how to make spicy grilled tuna steak. This is a large outdoor barbecue on a grill, but you can also grill on an electric cooking grill. Ingredients (for 4 steaks): (! Makes 2.1 teaspoons of very hot) ½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lime juice ¼ to ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon cumin 1 clove minced garlic (4) ¾ inch steaks thick tuna in a small bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ¼½ teaspoon pepper, ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 clove garlic, finely chopped. Mix well. Spread mixture on both sides and edges of the tuna steak. Grilled tuna, covered, at 300 to 350 degrees, about 3 or 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily pierced with a fork. You can use the tuna steaks grilled to higher temperatures, and just sear them on both sides so that the center of the rose, but Rick and I like them cooked through. Have fun! - Betty 
