The question he asks at the beginning is "Should the Wisconsin Legislature enact legislation allowing residents with debilitating medical conditions to acquire and possess marijuana for medical purposes if supported by their physician?" which will be on the November 2nd, 2010 ballot in Dane County, WI and River Falls, WI. Bob Hughes initiated the referendum in River Falls and he and other activists collected 899 signatures.
